It aims to promote synergies and coherence between different actors and approaches and to support the development of qualification structures at national level. These structures will have to focus on the practical aspect and oriented towards the companies’ needs in the sector of photovoltaic.
The main points of reference of the project activities are the basics of a referential for ongoing training for the installer-maintainer of photovoltaic solar systems, developed and validated by the Tunisian side, which must be supplemented by the missing teaching tools. At the same time, it will be necessary to develop human skills to put it into practice and then to anchor it in the vocational training sector at national level.
These are the following lines:
-
Support the establishment and the operation of a steering committee at national level with relevant partners in the vocational training and energy sectors,
-
Establish and deliver a functional computer platform for vocational training in the field of PV, which will ensure transparency, information and knowledge sharing between actors,
-
Complete and make available the teaching materials (manuals, guides ...) for the course of additional training in PV,
-
Train a core of "multiplier trainers" (trainers of trainers) from the public and private sector and develop their skills,
-
Launch a network of public and private training institutions that offer continuous training in PV,
-
Implement continuous PV training with a dual system approach as a best practice in at least 2 training institutions in collaboration with the private sector,
-
Support the introduction of a complementary vocational training for young unemployed graduates..
