As part of the pilot program aimed at installing 60 electric vehicle charging stations nationwide, supervised by the National Agency for Energy Management, the municipality of Sfax has implemented two charging stations. The first is located in front of the Sfax Municipality Palace, while the second is situated opposite the municipal swimming pool.

This initiative seeks to promote the adoption of electric mobility as an eco-friendly option while reinforcing efforts to achieve a sustainable future by reducing dependence on fossil fuels and decreasing the energy deficit.

Work is currently underway, in collaboration with several municipalities, to complete the installation of the remaining charging stations. The objective is to deploy a national electric vehicle charging network capable of meeting the needs and requirements of electric vehicle users.
